Welcome to our policies
page where we wish to spell out for our visitors, clients, and customers, just
how valued and protected they are.
Our Privacy Statement
We value every person who
has taken the time to visit our site, and we certainly appreciate those who have
made the investment in their future by ordering one of our titles.
The information gathered by our
site is limited to what you provide either by placing an order, or by signing up
for our newsletter (when we're able to start that service). Other than
that, this site collects no information about visitors other than your ISP
address, and this is used only for tracking numbers of first-time visitors as
compared to repeat visitors.
The only other information that
might be gathered is when (and if) you clicked on the links found on one of our
affiliate's sites (see our Affiliates page for more information on that
program). Even then, we do not gather personal information. A cookie
might be placed on your computer and/or your ISP address recorded. The
only use for this is to make sure we credit our affiliate with a commission
should you purchase Disaster Prep 101 by clicking on their link. Our
shopping cart and affiliate program are handled by our shopping cart company, "Goldbar"
found at www.goldbar.net.
We do not collect any sort of
personal info or track anything you may do elsewhere. All we care about is
that you and your family are safe and that we in some way have helped by
providing you useful preparedness information.
As for the info you provide when you do order, such as name and address; since we have such high regard for you and nothing but utter contempt for
spammers, identity thieves, and others who would abuse your personal info, we
don’t give anything out to anyone.
Ever!
In fact, we don’t even use your information ourselves except to send you your
package, or to
send you our ebook or newsletter when they’re ready and after you subscribe. We
don’t bother you even then unless you’d like more information, more books, or to
have Paul as a speaker or consultant.
Since it’s our mission to help you look after your family, our protection of you
begins with your very first visit to our site, and includes your personal information. It goes nowhere but to us.
Our Refund / Returns Policy
Our mission is to help you
help yourself and your family, and that won’t happen if you have no faith in our products or if
you find they really don’t help you in your particular situation.
If any of our titles do not suit you, simply return it to us within 30 days of
receipt, and we will issue a full refund.
Simple as that.
